Terms & Conditions of HubSearch

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HubSearch, a trading name of The Hub Group Limited (“HubSearch”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Platform”). By accessing, browsing, or submitting any listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use HubSearch.

1. Definitions
•“User” – any individual accessing or using HubSearch.
•“Lister” – any User submitting a listing, profile, or advert.
•“Listing” – any advert, profile, service, product, or content submitted on HubSearch.
•“Adult Content” – any listing of a sexual, erotic, intimate, or explicit nature, including escorting services.
•“The Company” – The Hub Group Limited.
2. Age Restrictions
2.1 HubSearch is a general classified advertising platform.
All users, including individuals under 18, may access the non-adult areas of the site, such as items for sale, services, property, jobs, community listings, and any other general categories.
2.2 The Adult Section of HubSearch, which includes sexual, erotic, intimate, or escort-related listings, is strictly restricted to users aged 18 or older.
2.3 Access to the Adult Section requires mandatory age verification, which may include:
•an age-gate self-certification;
•ID verification;
•additional checks where legally required.
2.4 By accessing or submitting any Adult Content on HubSearch, you confirm that:
•you are 18 years of age or older;
•you have valid photographic identification;
•all individuals depicted in your content are 18 or older;
•you will not intentionally allow minors to view adult content through your device or account.
2.5 Users under 18 must not:
•access the Adult Section;
•view erotic, sexual, or escort-related listings;
•upload or submit any adult or sexual content;
•attempt to bypass age verification controls.
2.6 Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or safeguarding authorities.
3. Eligibility to Use HubSearch
You may only use HubSearch if:
•you are legally capable of entering contracts;
•your account has not been previously suspended;
•your listings comply with these Terms;
•you provide accurate information during registration.

4. Platform Nature & Disclaimer
4.1 HubSearch is a classified advertising platform.
We do NOT employ, manage, control, or act as an agent for any User or Lister.
4.2 HubSearch is NOT a party to any agreement between Users and Listers.
4.3 We do NOT guarantee:
•the accuracy of listings,
•the identity or legitimacy of Users,
•the safety of any interactions,
•or the fulfilment of services.
4.4 All Users interact at their own risk.

5. Listings Requirements
5.1 All listings must be accurate, honest, and lawful.
5.2 You must not upload or submit content that:
•contains minors or individuals appearing under 18;
•contains non-consensual content;
•contains violence, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse;
•promotes illegal activity;
•breaches copyright or third-party rights;
•contains misleading, fraudulent, or false claims.
5.3 We reserve the right to edit, moderate, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Adult & Escort Listings
6.1 Adult and escort listings are permitted only within designated categories.
6.2 All Adult Content must comply with UK law, including but not limited to:
•The Sexual Offences Act 2003
•The Obscene Publications Act 1959
•The Digital Economy Act 2017 (age verification)
•UK GDPR and privacy regulations
6.3 Escort listings must:
•include mandatory ID verification;
•NOT imply involvement of any third parties (pimps, agencies, traffickers);
•NOT promote illegal prostitution services;
•avoid implying that sexual acts are bought directly (the listing is for time/companionship only).
6.4 HubSearch does NOT facilitate or promote prostitution.
All escort listings are strictly advertisements submitted by independent adults.
6.5 Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Content
Users must NOT upload or offer:
•Underage or child-related sexual content
•Incest, rape, force, coercion, trafficking
•Bestiality
•Drugs for sale
•Weapons
•Stolen items
•Fraudulent or misleading services
•Personal data of others
•Content intended to harass or threaten

8. Fees & Payments
8.1 HubSearch may offer paid features, upgrades, or promoted listings in the future.
8.2 During promotional periods (e.g., first 60 days), listings may be free.
8.3 HubSearch is not responsible for any payments between Users.
8.4 Refunds for listing fees (if applicable) are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

9. User Conduct
Users must not:
•impersonate others;
•attempt to bypass platform restrictions;
•data scrape or harvest emails;
•interfere with platform functionality;
•abuse, harass, or threaten others;
•spam Users or submit repetitive listings.

10. Verification
10.1 HubSearch may require:
•identity documents;
•proof of age;
•verification photos;
•address confirmation.
10.2 Failure to verify may result in suspension or removal of listings.

11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if Users:
•breach these Terms;
•upload prohibited content;
•pose safety risks;
•receive legitimate complaints;
•engage in illegal or harmful behaviour.
No refund of listing fees (if applicable) is owed in these cases.

12. Intellectual Property
You grant HubSearch a non-exclusive licence to display your content for the purpose of hosting your listings.
You must own the rights to any images or content you upload.

13. Liability
We are not liable for:
•personal or financial loss;
•harm, injury, or disputes between Users;
•inaccurate listings;
•cancelled or unsatisfactory services;
•data breaches outside of our control.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
